I have had my Peloton for 11 days and I think I have use it 9 days. I thought that I was getting a decent workout on my own before, but I realize that in comparison I wasn’t. My abs and ribs are trying to come out and say hello again.
For the time being I have been sticking with 20 and 30 minute rides, I have only done one 45 minute ride. I have been sore so I have been trying to listen to my body and take off days and light days when needed.
